We built Golden around a simple idea: a great Indian meal and a great pizza belong on the same table. Our kitchen is set up to do both well. A clay tandoor for kebabs, naan and tikkas. Slow-burner ranges for curries, daals and biryanis. A stone-deck oven for hand-stretched pies.
The result is one menu that moves easily between worlds — a Punjabi butter chicken with garlic naan, a plate of street-style chaat, a biryani for the table, or a tikka-masala pizza to take home. All from the same kitchen.
Indian cooking and pizza both come from places where food is rooted in fire and time. A naan blistering against the wall of a clay tandoor, a curry simmering for hours until the spices fold into the gravy, a pizza dough proofing slowly before it hits a stone deck — none of it is fast, none of it shortcut work.
Bringing them together under one roof wasn’t a stretch — it was a way to give one menu the range a table actually wants. A weeknight pizza, a weekend feast, a quick lunch chaat, a long dinner of tandoor and biryani — all in one place.
What stays the same across the menu is how we cook. Dough is hand-stretched fresh, biryani layered the traditional dum way, tandoor items marinated overnight, and most dishes prepared the moment they’re ordered. Familiar formats, properly made, every time.
Our menu spans three cooking traditions that share more in common than people realize — Indian, Indo-Chinese, and stone-deck pizza. All three lean on fresh dough or bread, bold sauces, layered spices, and the heat of a working oven.
On the Indian side, slow-cooked daals and curries, biryanis layered with saffron rice and caramelized onions, tandoor kebabs and tikkas marinated overnight, and street eats like samosa chaat, dahi puri and pani puri.
Our Indo-Chinese menu carries the wok-fired favorites that grew out of Kolkata’s Chinatown — Manchurians, Hakka noodles, chilli paneer, fried rice. And on the pizza side, hand-stretched dough baked on stone — both classic gourmet pies and our Indian fusion creations.

Indo-Chinese is the style of cooking that grew out of Kolkata’s Chinatown — Chinese techniques and ingredients adapted to Indian palates. Expect wok-fired Manchurians, Hakka noodles, chilli paneer, fried rice and other bold, garlicky, slightly spicy plates. It’s a category of its own and a regular part of the menu.
